Where we work

Our crews already drive past your building most nights.

Our two home areas

  1. Central Iowa Des Moines, West Des Moines, Clive, Urbandale, Johnston, Ankeny, Waukee, Altoona and Ames.
  2. Eastern Iowa Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Coralville, Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Davenport, Bettendorf and Dubuque.

We run regular routes across Iowa, Illinois and Nebraska — from the Des Moines metro out to the Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Waterloo, Ames, Sioux City and the Omaha metro, and to a long list of smaller towns along the way.

How coverage actually works

A cleaning company's real service area is not a circle drawn on a map. It is wherever there is already a crew, a supervisor and a route — because that is what makes a building affordable to service and a missed night quick to fix.

We are organized into regions, each with its own supervisors and account managers. If your building is in or near a town on this page, there is almost certainly a crew working within a few minutes of it already. If it is somewhere not listed, ask anyway — the honest answer depends on what is nearby, and sometimes it is yes.

Three states, and what that actually means

Iowa is the bulk of it — the Des Moines metro, the corridor through Ames and Marshalltown, Cedar Rapids and Iowa City, Waterloo and Cedar Falls, the Mississippi river towns, and Sioux City in the north-west.

Illinois is the Quad Cities: Moline and the towns around it, worked alongside Davenport and Bettendorf across the river as one area rather than two.

Nebraska is the Omaha metro, where our event crews work Liberty First Credit Union Arena in Ralston, and where a number of our people already live — Sioux City sits on the state line and the crews there cross it daily.

Cities with their own page

These are the cities where we have the most accounts. Each has a page covering what we do there and what the buildings in that town tend to need.

We also work in

Regular routes run to all of these as well. They do not have a page of their own yet — if yours is here, the fastest route is simply to ask for a proposal and we will tell you what we already have nearby.

Not on the list?

Ask. We add towns when there is enough work to run a route properly, and "enough" is often one good-sized building plus the ones already near it. What we will not do is take a contract we cannot service well — a building an hour from the nearest crew gets a worse job and a slower fix, and that ends badly for both of us.

Multiple sites in more than one city

If you have buildings across several towns, that is the case where we are most useful: one scope, one schedule, one account manager and one invoice, with local crews in each location rather than one crew driving between them. Say so on the proposal form and it goes to the right person from the start.
