Omaha & Ralston
Our crews turn an arena around here overnight. The rest of the metro is where we are growing.
Commercial cleaning, janitorial, window cleaning and event turnover across the Omaha metro and Ralston, Nebraska — run by the same company, to the same scopes, as our Iowa operation.
What we already do here
Our event crews work Liberty First Credit Union Arena on Q Street in Ralston — the overnight turnover after a crowd leaves, and the floor-conversion labor that goes with a building hosting hockey, arena football, concerts and family shows in the same week. It is the same work, and in several cases the same supervisors, as the arenas and coliseums we turn around in Iowa.
That is a demanding account to hold. A venue does not keep a cleaning contractor who cannot have the bowl, the concourses and every restroom ready before doors the next morning, and holding one in this metro is the reason we are in it.
Where we are growing
Beyond the arena, the Omaha metro is where we are actively expanding — offices, clinics, industrial sites and schools across Omaha, Ralston, Bellevue, Papillion and La Vista.
We would rather be straight about the position than oversell it. We do not have the density of nightly routes here that we have in the Des Moines metro. What we do have is crews already working in the metro, supervisors who cover it, and a number of our own people living on this side of the river — Sioux City sits on the state line and our crews there cross it daily.
For a building in this area that means one honest question at the walkthrough: is there enough nearby for us to service you properly? If the answer is no, we will say so rather than take a contract we would struggle to cover.
What buildings here tend to need
The Omaha metro's building stock is not unlike Des Moines', which is convenient: we have scopes for most of it already.
- Window cleaning Storefronts and offices
- Nightly janitorial Offices, clinics, multi-tenant
- Arena & event turnover What we already do at Ralston
- Power washing Entries, lots, dumpster pads
- Floor strip & wax Schools, clinics, showrooms
- Apartments Turns and common areas
Winter is the thing that shapes a scope here more than anything else. Salt and slush come in on every shoe from November through March, and a building without enough matting at the doors will show it on the lobby floor within a week. It is the single cheapest fix in commercial cleaning and the one most buildings get wrong.
Nearby
Our Nebraska work connects to our western Iowa routes rather than standing alone. Council Bluffs is across the river, and Sioux City — where we have long-standing accounts — sits on the state line to the north, with crews who live on both sides of it.
