Commercial Cleaning in Iowa City
Iowa City is the southern anchor of our East region.
What we clean in Iowa City
The healthcare weight shapes how we staff the city. A dental or specialty clinic is not an office with sinks: exam-room turnover, the difference between sanitizing and disinfecting, dwell times, sharps awareness and a crew that understands why a wipe-down is not a clean are the substance of the work. Our disinfection and healthcare page explains how we train for it; in Iowa City that training is used nightly. We never name customers on this site; the industries we serve are on the home page.

How service works here
Iowa City, Coralville and North Liberty are one territory for us, worked by the same East region crews and the same supervisor, so a practice with a downtown office and a Coralville satellite gets one crew lead and one standard. A service request goes to that supervisor directly and is handled the same day. Cedar Rapids, where our East region is largest, is thirty minutes north on Interstate 380, which means surge help for a one-time job is close at hand.
The university calendar matters here as much as in Ames: move-in and move-out weeks, home football Saturdays and the summer lull each change the load on a downtown building, and we would rather write that into the scope than be surprised by it. Our office in Clive handles proposals, account management and billing; the people in your building are local.
