What we clean on the Illinois side
Rock Island adds the county seat, a college, a large federal installation on the island itself and a downtown of professional offices. Silvis and Milan are smaller, with medical, retail and light-industrial buildings along the main corridors.
We do not pretend Illinois is a large territory for us. It is one metro, worked well, and it is where an Illinois customer should expect us to say yes; a request from Peoria or Rockford would get an honest no and, if we could, a referral. What the Quad Cities customer gets is a crew and a supervisor who are local, and an account that is run to the same standard whether the building is in Moline or across the bridge in Davenport. We never name customers on this site; the industries we serve are on the home page.

How service works here
The Quad Cities crew works both states under one supervisor, and a service request from a Moline, Rock Island, Silvis or Milan customer goes straight to that supervisor and is handled the same day. Proposals, account management and billing run from our headquarters in Clive, Iowa, three hours west; the walkthrough is done locally by the Quad Cities supervisor with an account manager, and an Illinois account is invoiced and managed exactly as an Iowa one is.
If your company has buildings on both sides of the river, we scope each one separately and manage the account as one, with one crew lead, one inspection standard and one invoice unless you want it split by entity or state.
