Commercial Cleaning in Cedar Rapids
Cedar Rapids is the anchor of our East region. Nobody drives from Des Moines to clean your building.
What we clean in Cedar Rapids
Cedar Rapids is Iowa's second city and still its manufacturing and food-processing capital, and its commercial stock reflects both halves of that: corporate offices and financial headquarters downtown and along the river, plant offices and administrative buildings attached to production, two large hospital campuses and the medical office buildings around them, the airport, the schools and colleges, and the retail and dealership corridors on the north and west sides.
What sets Cedar Rapids apart for us is the industrial side. Cleaning the office wing of a plant is not the same as cleaning a suburban office suite: there are boot-traffic entries, break rooms that run three shifts, locker areas and floors that see grit every day. The East crews have learned to scope those honestly, with more hard-floor care and more frequent entry matting than the square footage alone would suggest. We never name customers on this site; the industries we serve are on the home page.

How service works here
The East region is run as its own operation. Crews are staffed locally, the region's supervisors inspect Cedar Rapids accounts on their own rounds, and a service request from a Cedar Rapids customer goes to the East supervisor responsible for the building, not to a call center two hours away. Account management, billing and the office are in Clive; the cleaning and the oversight are eastern Iowa people.
Cedar Rapids also sits at the center of a cluster we serve as one territory: Iowa City and Coralville half an hour south, and Marion next door, which appears in our Where we are list. A company with buildings across the corridor gets one account manager and one standard for all of them.
