Get a proposal
Tell us about the building once. We will do the rest of the asking on the walkthrough.
Four short steps, about two minutes. The more you tell us now, the fewer questions later and the sooner a real proposal lands. An account manager calls within one business day.
What happens after you send it
- A call within one business day. From an account manager, not a call center. They will ask a few things this form cannot cover and arrange a time to come and look.
- A walkthrough. We count restrooms, identify every floor type, look at where the traffic goes, check access and alarm arrangements, and ask what your current cleaning gets wrong. It takes half an hour for a small building, longer for a campus.
- A written proposal, usually within two to four days. Task by task, with the frequency against each line and a flat monthly price. Specialty work — floors, carpet, windows — listed separately so you can see it rather than have it buried.
- If you say yes: a crew lead trained on your building, keys and codes logged, and a first-night deep clean that sets the baseline everything after it maintains.
Already a customer?
If you already have cleaning with us and need extra work, a schedule change, supplies or something put right, use the service request instead — it goes straight to your account manager and crew lead rather than into the new-business queue.
