Commercial Cleaning in Ames
A university town, a stadium, and a crew that lives here.
Ames is the home of our North region. The people who do that work are based in Ames, not sent up from Des Moines.
What we clean in Ames
Then there is the event work. Ames is one of the handful of places where Nationwide Office Care fields full arena and event turnover crews, and the university's coliseum and football stadium are the reason the North region exists at the size it does. A basketball game or a concert ends late and the building has to be ready for the next morning; on a football weekend the scale is a different order again. That work is staffed from Ames, supervised from Ames, and scheduled off the venues' own calendars. We never name customers on this site; the industries we serve are on the home page.

How service works here
The North region is a local operation with a Des Moines office behind it. Cleaners, crew leads and the region's supervision live in and around Ames; inspections and same-day service requests are handled from here. Account management, proposals and billing run from our headquarters in Clive, forty minutes down Interstate 35, and a walkthrough for a new Ames building is usually done by the North supervisor and an account manager together.
Two practical things about Ames. First, the academic calendar drives the town: move-in week, finals, home games and summer break each change what a building needs, and we scope with that in mind rather than pretending every week is the same. Second, because the event crews are already here, Ames customers have access to surge staffing most cities our size cannot offer: a one-time deep clean or a post-construction clean can be crewed quickly from people who already work the town.
